Privacy notice
IPTV UK Guide is a static publication with browser-based viewing tools and a local trial-request composer. We have not added an advertising network or analytics service. Hosting processes technical request data, and the shared Tawk.to chat loads automatically on every page.
Who is responsible
IPTV UK Guide is published by the team behind IPTV Services. For privacy questions or requests about information held by the team, email contact@iptvservices.online with “Privacy — IPTV UK Guide” in the subject.
Hosting
Vercel serves this site’s static pages. To deliver pages and protect the service, the host processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time. Fonts and native images are served from this site. We have not added behavioural profiling or advertising trackers to these pages.
The route finder, checklist and trial composer
The viewing-route tool and household checklist work in your browser. The route finder can put your selected answers in the page address so its Back and Change controls work. Reloading or sharing that address includes those selections, and a normal page request sends the address to the host. Avoid placing sensitive information in a page address or a shared checklist.
The 24-hour trial page prepares an unsent message from the device and viewing details you enter. Preparing it does not submit a form to IPTV Services, create an account or activate a trial. You review the draft, choose WhatsApp or email and send it yourself. Support confirms trial availability. Do not enter passwords, full playlist links, card numbers or other payment details in a request.
Automatic live chat (Tawk.to)
The shared Tawk.to widget loads automatically on every page and is answered by IPTV Services support. Loading the widget may send Tawk.to your IP address, device and browser details, page address and technical interaction data. If you send a chat message, the service and support team receive the information you choose to include. Tawk.to may use cookies or similar browser storage to maintain the widget and conversation. Read Tawk.to’s privacy policy for its processing practices. Browser privacy controls or extensions may prevent chat from loading; email and WhatsApp remain alternatives.
Browser storage and the entry animation
A session-storage flag records whether the two-second branded entry animation has appeared in the current tab. It contains no contact or payment details and normally clears when that tab session ends. Reduced-motion settings suppress the nonessential animation. Tawk.to may maintain its own browser storage as described above; the entry flag does not control whether chat loads.
Links to IPTV Services
The main subscription cards open a local duration page for review. Clearly labelled native fallback price tables can link directly to checkout. The purchase handoff opens iptvservices.online with the selected duration, connections, full USD total, product ID and referral parameters, including utm_source=iptvukguide.com. The local trial composer does not redirect you to another trial form. Once you visit the seller’s site, its privacy policy applies to information you provide there. IPTV UK Guide does not receive card details through these plan links.
Email and WhatsApp
Email links open your own email application, addressed to contact@iptvservices.online. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp with a suggested message that may name this site, your selected plan or your trial details. You can review and edit the message before sending. Following either link transfers you to the relevant application; any message you send is handled by IPTV Services and that communications provider under its own policies.
Links to other providers
Links to other companies, including TV providers, app publishers and official information sources, open their sites. Their privacy policies apply there. Our comparison links to third-party providers do not add this site’s referral parameters.
Privacy requests
Use your browser controls to manage storage and third-party scripts. For access, correction or deletion requests concerning information the team holds, contact contact@iptvservices.online, mention IPTV UK Guide and describe your request without sending passwords or payment details. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We update this notice when the website’s tools or information practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
