IPTV subscriptions in the UK: total cost, term length and connection limits
A 12-month plan is one upfront payment, not a monthly bill. Here is how to read totals, terms and connection limits before you pay.
The short answer
An IPTV subscription can use a prepaid term, a rolling monthly bill or a minimum-term contract. Our own IPTV Services offer is a fixed term paid upfront: one payment for 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. The two numbers that matter are the full total for the term and the number of connections, meaning how many screens can play at the same time. A “per month” price on these plans is usually a calculation, not a monthly bill.
How subscriptions are sold
UK viewers meet three billing models, and they are easy to mix up:
- Prepaid term. One payment covers a fixed period. Check what happens when the term ends and how a renewal is arranged. This is the model used by IPTV Services.
- Rolling monthly. You are billed every month until you cancel. Common among streaming memberships.
- Minimum-term contract. A monthly bill for a fixed number of months, often with equipment. Common among pay-TV platforms.
Each one carries a different risk. A prepaid term risks the whole amount on day one. A rolling plan risks forgetting to cancel. A contract risks early-exit charges. Our comparison shows which model each UK route uses.
Totals versus monthly figures
Take IPTV Services' single-connection plans. The 12-month plan costs USD 80, which works out at about USD 6.67 a month. But you pay USD 80 on day one, and that is the figure to compare and to budget for. The 24-month plan lowers the monthly equivalent further, to about USD 5.83, but its full USD 140 is also due on day one.
Longer terms lower the monthly equivalent. Buying the 1-month plan (USD 20) twelve times would come to USD 240, assuming the price stayed the same, which no provider promises. The trade-off is that a longer term commits more money before you know the service suits you, so it is worth using a trial or a short term first.
When you compare providers, line up the same term and the same number of connections, then compare the full totals. Treat any “from £x a month” headline as a prompt to find the total.
Connection limits
A connection is one stream playing at a time. It is not the number of devices you install an app on. A 2-connection plan allows two simultaneous streams. Installing a player on additional devices does not add more streams; check the player’s own installation and device rules too. (Our player guide has a diagram.)
Extra connections cost less each as you add them. For IPTV Services' 12-month plans:
| Connections | 12-month total | Added by the extra connection | Total ÷ connections |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | USD 80 | — | USD 80 |
| 2 | USD 130 | +USD 50 | USD 65 |
| 3 | USD 175 | +USD 45 | USD 58.33 |
| 4 | USD 215 | +USD 40 | USD 53.75 |
| 5 | USD 250 | +USD 35 | USD 50 |
So the second screen for a year adds USD 50 to the single-screen total. Pay for the number of screens that genuinely play at the same time on a busy evening. Paying for unused streams adds cost without changing how you watch.
IPTV Services does not publish rules on recording, watching several channels on one screen, or using one subscription across more than one household. Do not assume any of these are allowed.
A full price table
This is the complete IPTV Services price list: every term and every connection count. These native links open the local duration page with that exact screen count for review before checkout on iptvservices.online. You can also use the duration cards on the provider profile.
| Connections | 1 month | 3 months | 6 months | 12 months | 24 months |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | USD 20 one month | USD 40 ≈ USD 13.33/mo | USD 60 ≈ USD 10/mo | USD 80 ≈ USD 6.67/mo | USD 140 ≈ USD 5.83/mo |
| 2 | USD 30 one month | USD 65 ≈ USD 21.67/mo | USD 95 ≈ USD 15.83/mo | USD 130 ≈ USD 10.83/mo | USD 230 ≈ USD 9.58/mo |
| 3 | USD 40 one month | USD 85 ≈ USD 28.33/mo | USD 125 ≈ USD 20.83/mo | USD 175 ≈ USD 14.58/mo | USD 310 ≈ USD 12.92/mo |
| 4 | USD 50 one month | USD 100 ≈ USD 33.33/mo | USD 150 ≈ USD 25/mo | USD 215 ≈ USD 17.92/mo | USD 380 ≈ USD 15.83/mo |
| 5 | USD 60 one month | USD 115 ≈ USD 38.33/mo | USD 175 ≈ USD 29.17/mo | USD 250 ≈ USD 20.83/mo | USD 440 ≈ USD 18.33/mo |
Every price is the full amount paid upfront for the term, in USD. The “/mo” figure is only that total divided by the months, for comparison; you are not billed monthly. Selecting a price opens the local duration page with that exact screen count. You review the selection there before continuing to checkout.
See the IPTV Services profile for the current conditions, four duration cards and a screen-count selector.
Currency and card charges
IPTV Services charges in US dollars, including for UK customers. Your bank or card provider converts the amount to pounds at its own rate and may add a non-sterling transaction fee. We do not show pound equivalents because the rate and fee depend on your bank and the day you pay. If the final cost in pounds matters, check your card's foreign-currency terms first.
You see the available payment methods at checkout. We do not list them here because they can change.
Trials, refunds and renewals
Trial
IPTV Services offers a 24-hour trial with no card required, subject to availability. Our local trial page prepares an unsent request using your device and viewing details. Review it, then send it yourself by WhatsApp or email. Support confirms availability and provides access details; preparing the draft does not activate the trial. Check the service on the actual devices and connection you plan to use.
Refunds
For a new subscription only, contact support within 7 days from purchase, not from activation. Support must have an opportunity to help before the request is reviewed. One refund per customer is allowed; renewals and upgrades are excluded.
- Customer-side internet problems or ISP restrictions and blocking are excluded.
- Inability to configure your device or player is excluded.
- Occasional buffering and minor channel downtime are excluded.
- An approved refund returns to the original payment method, with 3–5 business days processing; the payment provider or bank can affect when the credit appears.
This is a conditional policy, not an unconditional guarantee. Read the full seller refund policy and ask for clarification before purchasing if a condition is unclear.
When the term ends
The plans are one-off payments for a fixed term, not a monthly bill. IPTV Services' terms do not describe what happens at the end of a term, so check with support how renewal works and whether your details carry over.
TV Licence and rights
Two separate questions apply to every route, whatever you pay.
Do you need a TV Licence?
GOV.UK says you need a TV Licence if you “watch or record live TV on any channel or service” or use BBC iPlayer, on any device. TV Licensing adds that this includes live channels “even if these are from outside the UK”. The licence costs £180 from 1 April 2026, and watching live TV without one can lead to a fine of up to £1,000. An IPTV subscription does not include a TV Licence.
Does the provider have the rights?
The Intellectual Property Office describes illicit streaming as “the watching of content without the copyright owner's permission by any means”. Established UK TV providers publish who they are and what they carry. Many IPTV providers, including IPTV Services, do not publish channel-by-channel rights documentation. Check that the provider is authorised to supply the programmes you want. Ask for current rights documentation; a working app, attractive price or large catalogue does not establish that permission.
Before you pay
- Count the most screens that play at the same time in your home.
- Check a suitable player app installs on each device you will use.
- Compare full totals for the same term and number of connections.
- Note the currency you will be charged in.
- Read the purchase-based, new-subscription refund conditions and their exclusions.
- Use a trial on your real devices, including the programme guide's times.
- Check programme rights and current availability with the provider before subscribing.
The household checklist turns this into a list you can copy or download.
